Please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the contract for payment terms.

We will not pay you until you have referred a total of five (5) genuine customers before we begin to accrue and pay you.

In addition, some of the referred customers are not considered as genuine customers, and therefore, the payment requirement of 5 total customers has not been met.

With respect to genuine customers, we have identified referred customers who are "rejectable and unacceptable" as well as "insincere and dishonest" customers.

These customers are considered to be a group of customers who exhibit characteristics that lead us to believe that they have no intention of doing business with HighLow on an ongoing basis and have been referred solely for the purpose of generating affiliate commissions, as well as unacceptable customers who violate the terms of the Affiliate Agreement or for other related reasons. The Affiliate is considered an unacceptable customer group for reasons that violate the terms of the Affiliate Agreement or for other related reasons.

We will pay you if we see business activity under normal conditions (no fraud, good faith). On the other hand, we will withhold payment of affiliate commissions if you are considered an unacceptable customer.
