Click report

Details of clicks on referral links can be viewed.

The items displayed are date and time, banner, label, landing page, location and referrer URL.

Only for banners, the banner name is displayed, but for referral links, the URL of the landing page is displayed.

Labels are displayed when labels are set.

Referrer URLs are only displayed if they are in the click information.

In recent years, due to the spread of smartphones, it has become increasingly common for the referrer URL not to be found in the click information.

Conversion report

When a referred customer makes a transaction, it becomes a conversion and is displayed in the report. Referred customers who have not achieved a transaction are therefore not displayed.

The items displayed are: conversion ID, label, landing page, referrer URL, customer transaction execution date, registration date, reward, paid and status.

The Conversion ID can be used to confirm an enquiry, for example.

The date of the customer transaction only shows the date and time of the referred customer's first transaction.

Registration date shows the date and time the referred customer opened an account.

Commission amounts are displayed for each conversion.

Referred customer report

Shows all referred customers who have tagged themselves with cookies, referral links, etc.

The items displayed are: conversion ID, label, landing page, referrer URL, status, age group, date of registration and date of execution of customer transaction.

Status is the current status of the customer. It is divided into four categories: registered, approved, paid and transacted, and those that have been transacted will also appear in the conversion report.

The number of referred customers who have registered but not yet transacted can also be viewed in this report.
