ハイローアフィリエイトでは、2025年6月1日より新しい手数料制度を導入いたします。
1件あたりの成果報酬は、ご紹介の量と質の両面の評価に基づいた割り当てグレードにより異なります。
割り当てグレードに基づいて、1コンバージョンあたりの手数料の最低補償額が変わります。
※この制度は2025年6月1日以降の取引完了済の認定コンバージョンより適用されます。それ以前の取引完了済の認定コンバージョンには、継続して旧手数料制度に基づいてお支払いいたします。

HighLow Affiliate will introduce a new commission system effective June 1, 2025.
The commission per conversion will depend on the assignment grade based on an evaluation of both the quantity and quality of your referrals.
The minimum commission compensation per conversion will vary based on the assignment grade.
*This system will apply to certified conversions completed on or after June 1, 2025. Certified conversions completed prior to that date will continue to be paid based on the old commission system.

【グレードの割り当てについて】(Rule of Tier Assignment and Update)
アフィリエイトの皆様のご紹介パフォーマンスは、毎月の月末締めで継続的に監視します。割り当てグレードの基準に達しているかの判定は、毎月の月初に、前月分のパフォーマンスを含めて確認いたします。なお、前月までの最新のパフォーマンスに基づいて、グレードに変更が生じた場合、変更後のグレードが直近のお支払いに反映されます。
Affiliates' referral performance will be monitored on an ongoing basis at the end of each month. Determination of whether the criteria for the assigned grade has been met will be checked at the beginning of each month, including the previous month's performance. Please note that if a change in grade occurs based on your most recent performance through the previous month, the changed grade will be reflected in your most recent payment.
新規でご登録いただいたアフィリエイト様は、一律でゴールドのグレードに割り当てられます。このグレードは、原則最初の3ヶ月間は維持されますが、顕著なパフォーマンスの変化が見られた場合は、3ヶ月以内にグレードが変更される場合がございます。
なお、初回のお支払い基準に達するまでの間にも、ご紹介済のトレーダー様のご実績によってはグレードが変更される場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
Newly registered affiliates are allocated a flat Gold grade. This grade is generally maintained for the first three months, but may be changed within three months if there is a noticeable change in performance.
Please note that even before the initial payment threshold is reached, the grade may change depending on the performance of the referred trader. Please note that this may happen even before the initial payment threshold is reached.

・アフィリエイトの皆様による認知拡大と適切な情報提供の「量」を計るために、月間の平均コンバージョン数を使用しています。
・ご紹介いただいたお客様が投資額と継続期間において、多く長く取引いただいていることを「質」として捉えています。お取引状況と継続期間、ご入金金額などを総合的に判断しておりますが、ご紹介トレーダー様のお取引実績や、アフィリエイト様の規約遵守の状況、過去のアフィリエイト活動へのご尽力度合いを総合的に加味して最終的な判断をいたします。
- We use the average number of conversions per month to measure the “quantity” of awareness expansion and appropriate information provision by our affiliates.
- We use the average number of conversions per month to measure the “quality” of our referrals in terms of the amount invested and the length of time they have been trading with us. We make our final judgment based on the overall trading conditions, duration and amount of deposits, but we also take into account the trading performance of the referring trader, the affiliate's compliance with the terms and conditions, and the level of past efforts in affiliate activities.
【旧手数料制度から継続する点について】
初回のお支払いまでの達成基準は継続されます。そのため上記の最低保証額は、お支払い基準を達成後から適用されます。詳しくはこちらをご確認ください。
The achievement criteria will continue until the first payment is made. Therefore, the above minimum guarantee amount will be applied after the payment criteria are achieved.
手数料の獲得のためのみの紹介などの規約違反が疑われる場合や発覚した場合、または継続してそのような紹介が行われる場合については、下記の対応のほかに、アフィリエイト契約の解除を行う場合があります。
In addition to the above actions, the Affiliate Agreement may be terminated in the event that a violation of the Terms and Conditions is suspected or discovered, such as referrals made solely for the purpose of earning commissions, or if such referrals are made on an ongoing basis.
【旧手数料制度（顧客年齢別手数料制度）からの変更点について】
現時点では、私たちは各コンバージョンの審査を行い、継続して質の低い紹介を行っているアフィリエイトを特定しています。
新しいモデルでは、お支払い開始基準の達成後は、原則「非承認」や「保留」をすることなく最低保証額はお支払いします。
そのため、初回取引が完了し、コンバージョンが認定された時点で、最低保証額のお支払いは確定します。
ただし、下記を例とした「質の低い」紹介があった場合は、グレードの見直しやアフィリエイト契約の提携解除に顕著に反映されます。詳しくはこちらをご覧ください。

　・初回取引後にお取引がない
　・規約違反が疑われる
　・規約違反が発覚した
At this time we are reviewing and identifying affiliates who are continually making poor quality referrals.
Under the new model, we will pay the minimum guarantee for any referral without “disapproval” or “withholding” as a general rule.
Therefore, the payment of the minimum guarantee will be confirmed once the initial transaction is completed and the conversion is certified.
However, “low quality” referrals, as exemplified below, will be prominently reflected in the review of your grade and termination of your affiliate agreement.
- No transactions after registration
- No transactions after the first transaction
- Suspected violation of the Terms and Conditions
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions has been found.
